Mira handles your business's most personal information — your orders, your buyers, your money conversations. Here's exactly how we treat it, without the legal fog.
What we collect
Your account details (email, name, brand name); the business data you put into Mira (catalog, orders, customers, notes, and content you ask Mira to read — including voice recordings you choose to transcribe); and basic anonymous usage data (page views with a random visitor ID, so we can see what's working).
What we do with it
Run Mira for you. That's the whole list. Your order and customer data is used to provide the features you use — extraction, invoicing, memory, reminders — and for nothing else.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share your customer list, prices, or terms with anyone. We never use one brand's private data to help another brand. We never train public AI models on your business data.
Who touches your data
A short list of processors we rely on to run Mira: Supabase (database, with per-account isolation), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — card details go to Stripe, never to us), Anthropic and OpenAI (the AI reading/transcription you invoke — sent per-request to do the work you asked for). Each is bound by their own security and data-protection terms.
Your controls
Your data is yours. Ask for an export or full deletion anytime: hello@trymira.studio — a human (the founder) answers, usually the same day.
